Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay has purchased a $14 million mansion in Hidden Hills, California.
The 9,000-square-foot, farmhouse-style home, which sits on 1.4 acres, has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Features include a gym, movie theater, firepit lounge, infinity pool, built-in BBQ, and a four-car garage.
The home debuted on the market in January at an asking price of $15.5 million.
The Hidden Hills home marks McVay’s second residential real estate investment in California. In 2017, the youngest head coach in NFL history to win the Super Bowl purchased a six-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom, 4,600-square-foot home in Encino for $2.7 million.
McVay’s newest property, which is minutes away from the Rams’ practice facility in Thousand Oaks, is also close to several players’ homes, including cornerback Jalen Ramsey and quarterback Matthew Stafford — who owns three homes himself in Hidden Hills.
Last week, Stafford purchased two neighboring homes previously owned by Drake in Hidden Hills for $11 million. Last year, Stafford purchased a home in the area for $19.6 million.
