• What do I get with my membership?

  The membership will provide you with access to our cutting-edge research reports, an up-to-date private market deals database, a sports industry investor list, merchandise, and access to exclusive content and events.

• What are my membership options?

  Membership options include an annual subscription for $300 or a monthly membership for $50/month. If you’re interested in a group discount or enterprise-level membership for many members of your organization, please reach out to Edgar Walker via info@frontofficesports.com.

• Can I share reports from Pro with my colleagues?

  We would love for you to share the reports with your friends, colleagues, and family, but in order for them to gain access they will have to sign up for Pro.

• What do I do if I have a question about my account or want more information?

  If you have any questions about your account, feel free to reach out to us at info@frontofficesports.com. Please include relevant account details when you contact us, such as the email address you have registered with, so that we can do our best to assist you.

• Can I cancel my membership?

  You can cancel your membership at any time. You will be billed for the billing cycle (either monthly or annual) during which you cancel your membership.

• What is the cancellation and refund policy?

  Billing Policies for Front Office Sports LLC (“FOS”): Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the Pricing and Payment Terms, as we may update them from time to time. FOS may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion. Any change to our pricing or payment terms shall become effective in the billing cycle following notice of such change to you as provided in the Pricing and Payment Terms. You may cancel your FOS Pro account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation after the date of purchase. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you will have access to your account for the remainder of the billing cycle. In the event that FOS suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement for your breach of this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
