    On Wednesday, the NBA suspended Clippers owner Steve Ballmer for a year, saying he had been involved in an effort to pay Kawhi Leonard millions of dollars over what was allowed by the league’s salary cap.

    New York law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz had investigated the matter for nearly a year, and the league released a 35-page summary of the investigators’ findings. You can read that below.
